Fully Managed Service
Using our experience and knowledge as landlords ourselves, at JNR we offer the opportunity of a fully managed service. Let us do all the work for you while you benefit from receiving the rent each month. We will create all the marketing collateral for your property, advertise it across the leading property platforms and our website, handle all enquires, carry out all viewings and paperwork. In addition, we will prepare inventories, register bond deposits, handle any tenant queries and arrange all maintenance and repair work on your behalf. You also benefit from our accounts team who will collect the rent and ensure prompt payments by our rent collection team so it reaches you in a timely manner.
Let Only Service
If you prefer to keep control over your property for the duration of the tenancy, we can work with you to let your property on your behalf. We will create all the marketing for you, advertise the property across all our property channels, carry out viewings, complete all paperwork, including the Occupational Agreement, and collect the deposit and first month’s rent on your behalf before transferring this over to you.
